Sunny was born and raised in Surrey, BC. After pursuing Electrical and Computer Engineering at BCIT, his career in engineering would be short lived as he made the decision to pursue his true passion, Real Estate. Since obtaining his Real Estate license in 2005 Sunny has achieved multiple high level sales awards and has been a consistent member of the prestigious Fraser Valley Medallion Club since 2011. Sunny's knowledge and experience in Real Estate is expansive, consequently this has forged the path to his most recent ventures in the development field.

Since relocating to Canada in 2011 from his hometown of Liverpool, England Jay has previously worked as a soccer coach for the Canadian Women's National Soccer Team; evidently he is no stranger to a high-performing results based environment. Jay holds degrees in both Neuroscience & Psychology, his knowledge and expertise in these fields respectively, play an integral role in our curated marketing strategy here at Sunny Sangha & Associates. Since pursuing his Real Estate license, Jay has made significant strides in the industry whilst he continues to drive positive change within the local community.
